Activities

The Green Country Water Garden Society is a club consisting of many friends with a common interest. In addition to our monthly meetings, members participate in various activities that promote water gardening such as:

  • Annual Pond Tour
  • Special seminars with water garden experts
  • Educational and display events at Tulsa Garden Center
  • Field trips to view ponds and water gardens in other areas

To increase public awareness about GCWGS, the club typically has a booth at the Tulsa Home & Garden Show. We are involved in many different aspects of promoting interest, appreciation and enjoyment of ponds and their wildlife throughout northeast Oklahoma. Our members have even helped install water gardens at local elementary schools. Please join us. We are confident you will be educated and entertained.
